Pretzel

Last night I wanted to die. No wait, I wanted to die, get resurrected and then die again, for good measure. I decided to go ahead and book a deep-tissue massage with Charlie for last night. He had warned me that it wasn't the usual relaxing, smell-this-aromatherapy-oil-and-think-dreamy-thoughts kind of massage, but nothing prepared me for what happened. Never have I sworn so much and called out in pain so much in my life. I never thought my muscles were as tight as they were until Charlie worked on me.

The good part is that I can feel the massage working, my body's sore but in a good way, and I feel a little looser. The right side of my back still feels like a b^%ch though, but maybe that's something that can be worked on for next time.

Next time? I must be insane.
