Thank God for Protein
Last night, I was finally able to complete the V2 route I was slaving away on for the past two weeks. And I finally started (and almost finished!!) a V3.I was wondering what had been wrong with me the past two weeks and I finally figured it out (slow me!). I had been eating just cereal for dinner these last couple of weeks so every time I went into the climbing gym, I'd be gasping for energy to get the last move down.
Well, last night I had chicken. Lots of it. And voila! Good results.
